David Ring
Athletic Director / Varsity Head Coach
​David Ring brings deep Texas roots, lifelong passion for athletics, and decades of coaching experience to lead the team.
A proud 4th-generation Texan and native of Fort Worth, David embodies the heart and grit of North Texas. He graduated from Richland High School in 1989, where his love for competition took root, and went on to earn his degree from the University of North Texas in 1997.
David's coaching journey began in 1994, when he started working with youth athletes in football, basketball, and baseball. Over the years, he has mentored countless young players, emphasizing fundamentals, character, discipline, and teamwork—values that continue to define his approach today.
As a dedicated member of Cross Church in North Richland Hills, Texas, David draws strength from his faith and community, striving to develop not just skilled athletes but well-rounded individuals who make positive impacts on and off the field.
Under David's leadership as athletic director and head coach, the program focuses on building a winning culture, fostering player growth, and honoring the proud traditions of Texas football. With his local ties, extensive experience, and unwavering commitment, Coach Ring is excited to guide the team to new heights.

Adrian Kelley
Offensive Coordinator / QBs / WRs
Adrian Kelley serves as the Offensive Coordinator for the Fort Worth Rangers, where he fuses his extensive experience as a PGA Class A Professional and biomechanics expert with a decade of football coaching to create innovative, highly effective offensive schemes.
Adrian's offensive system is systematic yet fully adaptable, built around a player-first philosophy that molds the scheme to the unique strengths, skills, and group dynamics of the roster. This versatile approach ensures the offense remains unpredictable, balanced, and optimized for any collection of athletes, empowering them to perform at their absolute best.
With 10 seasons of football coaching experience, Adrian excels in strategic game planning, situational adjustments, player motivation, and development—skills sharpened by his parallel career teaching thousands of golf lessons and earning awards for instructional excellence.
A devout Catholic, Adrian is deeply committed to his faith. He is happily married and is a proud father to 11 children. His strong family values and faith inspire a coaching style rooted in patience, encouragement, discipline, character, and principled growth—helping young men succeed on the field and become better individuals off it.

Keith Rogers
Defensive Coordinator / Middle School Head Coach

Keith Rogers serves as the Defensive Coordinator for the Fort Worth Rangers, where he specializes in building tough, disciplined defenses and leading strength and conditioning programs that develop explosive, resilient athletes.
With 4 years of coaching experience focused on youth football, Keith has discovered a true passion for mentoring young players—helping them grow not only as competitors but as young men of character, work ethic, and purpose. His approach emphasizes fundamentals, physical toughness, mental sharpness, and a relentless defensive mindset that sets the tone for the entire team.
Complementing his on-field expertise, Keith excels in strength and conditioning, designing training regimens that build speed, power, agility, and durability while prioritizing injury prevention and long-term athletic development. His programs are tailored to elevate individual performance and foster team unity through hard work and shared commitment.
Beyond football, Keith is a passionate worship drummer, using his musical talent to serve others in worship ministry. Both coaching and drumming reflect his core calling: to pour into people, inspire excellence, and glorify God through selfless service, leadership, and encouragement.

James Hall
Asst. Head Coach / RBs / DBs

James Hall serves as a key member of the coaching staff for the Fort Worth Rangers, bringing over 14 years of proven experience at the middle school and high school levels to help develop tough, well-rounded athletes.
Coach Hall was an integral part of the successful football program at All Saints' Episcopal School in Fort Worth, where he contributed to a championship-caliber staff that captured two state championships. His time there honed his skills in building competitive teams and instilling winning habits in young players.
He later served for 4 years as both Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator at McLean Middle School, where he led units on both sides of the ball, emphasizing strategic preparation, execution, and player growth during critical developmental years.
A lifelong athlete himself, Coach Hall is deeply passionate about using football as a platform to shape young men. He focuses on core values—hard work, perseverance, teamwork, and character—to help players reach their full potential not just as competitors, but as responsible individuals ready for life's challenges.
Outside of coaching, James enjoys quality time with his family, staying active by playing basketball, and serving his church community by playing piano during worship services—activities that reflect his commitment to balance, faith, and giving back.

John Jennings
OL / DL
John Jennings is a devoted family man, husband, and father residing in the North Texas area. He is happily married to his wife, Julia Jennings, and together they are blessed with six wonderful children: Kylinn, Brynn, Wyatt, Brielle, Jamesson, and Averlee.A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, John currently works at BNSF Railway, contributing to one of the nation's leading freight railroad networks.Deeply rooted in faith, John and his family are active members of The Well Community Church in Argyle, Texas, where they worship, serve, and grow together in community.With a heartfelt passion for youth and sports, John is committed to coaching and serving young athletes and their families. His genuine desire is to create an uplifting environment where players can experience the joy of glorifying God through teamwork, camaraderie, personal growth, and building lasting relationships.
